General Purchases
The St Andrew's has engaged the services of Briconomics Ltd. to execute and fulfil Walk. Briconomics Ltd. Sunnycroft Brickworks, Tanyard Lane, Danehill, West Sussex RH17 7JH England. Company Registration Number: 3526456.

Orders
You have read and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance by Briconomics Ltd.

Once your payment has been authorised by the bank you will receive a confirmation of your order by email, along with your E-Certificate. Please retain this email as it contains your order reference number and your Brick ID number which you may need for future reference. Any acceptance of your order by Briconomics Ltd. is subject to these Conditions of Sale and to the availability of stock.
Briconomics Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw any Product(s) from Walk website shop and may, in its sole discretion, refuse to process an order for any reason at any time. Without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer, Briconomics Ltd. will not be liable to you or a third party by reason of Briconomics Ltd. withdrawing any products or refusing to process any order.

Availability
In rare instances, we may not be able to site your Product(s) in a suitable location, even though Walk has indicated there is availability. Where this is the case, we will inform you of this by email and will give you the option of selecting another product(s) or cancelling your order.

Price and Payment
All prices are quoted in £ and include VAT. Delivery charges apply for Replica and mybrickcard™ product(s) and are as laid out on the Payment Confirmation. The prices payable for the Product(s) that you order are as set out on the website at the time at which you place your order.
Payment may be made using a wide selection of credit and debit cards. You confirm that the credit/debit card which is being used is yours. Your credit/debit card details will be transmitted via the web to a secure server. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Briconomics Ltd. reserves the right to refuse credit card payments in its reasonable discretion.
Briconomics Ltd. will take payments and you will receive confirmation of your payment. The transaction will show as Briconomics Ltd on your statement

Description of Product(s)
The Products depicted in the Website Shop is as seen. The reproduction of colours and styles are as accurate as photographic and image processing will allow.

Briconomics Ltd. does not accept responsibility for slight variances in colour and style which is due to the manufacturing or quarrying process.  All clay/granite products are manufactured from natural materials, whilst every care is taken in production some variations in colour and size is inevitable between batches. Please expect some variation in colour shading and/or size, which is due solely to the variation in the raw materials, particularly when ordering periodically as the product may come from different manufacturing batches.

 

You can amend your inscription as many times as you like until your confirm your inscription by selecting  the link on the confirmation email and following in the instructions.  If you don’t confirm your inscription within 10 days the system will automatically lock your order /inscription.  Thereafter we cannot accept a cancellation, return or make any changes should you simply change your mind, as the product(s) will be personalised as per your order specification.

Subject to an order being accepted by Briconomics Ltd. customers will receive an E- Certificate(s) of Authenticity attached to an email confirming their order. Customers should refer to their Certificate for their unique stone reference number which will be required in order to identify the area in which their brick will be placed. You can log back into your account at any time update your details, resend your E-Certificate or to check the progress of your order but you will be sent regular notification emails. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details we hold are correct.

The whereabouts of the stone may not be made available until the bricks are laid.

Details of how many letters can be found on the product pages at https://www.standrewswalk.com/. Punctuation marks and spaces will count as 1 character.

All messages will be checked for derogatory language and phrases, and Briconomics Ltd / The St Andrew's reserve the right to withdraw product(s) should they deem that you intended to, or if placement of the Product(s) is likely to, cause insult, embarrassment or offence to an individual, group or organisation.

If Briconomics Ltd/The St Andrew's receives a complaint from an individual, group or organisation in relation to the content of your Product(s) it reserves the right to remove and destroy the Product(s). In either case you shall not be entitled to any refund of monies paid to Briconomics Ltd. and you waive your rights to make any claim for damages or any costs against Briconomics Ltd. as a result.

All product(s) will be produced according to the product specification and your order, before being placed in a location in the  Walk. You will be advised of the date  that it is to be laid by email. Further information on the installation period will be available on https://www.standrewswalk.com/

Ownership of stones laid within The St Andrew's development will remain with Briconomics Ltd. and transfer to The St Andrew's upon delivery and as such The St Andrew's shall determine the specific location of each and every brick, undertake the installation and maintenance of the product(s) thereafter.

The St Andrew's retains the right to move or relocate (at any time) a product at its discretion; and may permanently remove or destroy the product on or after the tenth anniversary of its installation.

Once placed, bricks must not be altered in any way, whether this is by pen, marker, Tipp-ex, paint etc. The St Andrew's. reserves the right to take appropriate action should this occur.

Taxes and Duty
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information before ordering.

Liability
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Briconomics Ltd.'s maximum liability to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the Product(s) to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Product(s) in question.
Briconomics Ltd. shall not in any event be liable to you for:

  • Any direct loss; Or
  • Any loss of profits, business or anticipated savings or loss of or corruption of data or any indirect loss or consequential loss what so ever even if it has been advised of the possibility of such loss. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Nothing in these conditions of sale shall exclude or limit the liability of Briconomics Ltd. for death or personal injury due to its negligence or for its fraud. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Events beyond our control 
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to perform services ordered by you or to deliver replica stones you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage to or defect in goods delivered caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Data Protection
By placing an order with us you consent to us processing your data for the purpose of fulfilling your order, which will involve us disclosing your data to our partners involved with the production process. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of the information which we hold about you and the other uses to which that information will be put.

Force Majeure
Briconomics Ltd. shall have no liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver the Product(s) to the extent that such delay or failure to deliver arises from causes beyond the reasonable control of Briconomics Ltd. including, but not limited to, fire, floods, acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supranational authority, war, riot, strike, lock-out and industrial disputes.

Waiver
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies, or any subsequent breach of any provision of these Conditions of Sale.

Entire Agreement
These Conditions of Sale, together with the Terms of Use, Returns Policy, current Product prices, delivery details and contact details on this Website, set out the whole of the agreement between you and Briconomics Ltd. Briconomics Ltd.'s employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the products unless confirmed in writing by Briconomics Ltd. You confirm that you do not rely on, and waive any claims for breach of, any such representations, which are not so confirmed.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

You can contact Briconomics Ltd. whether to trace your order or for any other reason by emailing Briconomics Ltd. at support@briconomics.com. In all instances, please be ready to supply relevant information which Briconomics Ltd. will require from you in order to identify your order - Donors name, order reference or brick reference (from your certificate) and date of purchase, without this information we may be unable to trace your order.  We aim to respond to all emails within 72 hours (normal office hours only).

Please Note that Briconomics Ltd do not carry out the installation of the bricks and as a consequence are not responsible for installation dates / location or ongoing maintenance.
